Join a respected advisory practice with a strong national presence, working alongside experienced professionals in corporate finance and transaction services. This position offers exposure to end-to-end M&A engagements, from strategic advice through to deal execution, across a range of industries and client types. You’ll manage a portfolio of complex transactions, contribute to business development, and play a key leadership role within a collaborative and high- performing team. Key responsibilities * Advise clients on acquisitions, divestments, private equity transactions, and capital raisings * Oversee the full transaction process, from initial strategy to completion * Prepare and review financial models, valuations, and transaction materials * Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely, quality outcomes * Support business development through proposals, client relationships, and networking * Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering technical and professional growth Skills & experience * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field * Minimum five years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transactions advisory * Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capability * Excellent communication and relationship management skills * Proven leadership ability and collaborative mindset * Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with data visualisation tools advantageous Preferred * CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification * Prior experience in professional services or investment banking environments What’s on offer * Flexible working options, including hybrid arrangements * Career development and support for further professional study * Diverse client exposure across multiple sectors * Collaborative team culture with direct access to senior leadership If you’re looking to take the next step in your M&A career and work on meaningful transactions within a supportive and dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
